"If you are coming from another state do not rent with these people. We established a place to rent with NWA REALTY GROUP in 2022. We paid our rent on time kept up with the maintenance and never had an issue. Never called them or bother them. Made friends in the neighborhood. 10 months into the least we get a notice that we have us inspection coming up. Which was fine I was completely up for it and figured they'd come in check the filters you know check the house see if it was being kept up and stuff. Well it was nothing of what I have experience out of 13 years of renting. They came in the house and it was one man and he just started taking pictures of the entire house. He went into my closet I am a latter day saint so there were garments in there I didn't want him to see that. Then a month before our lease is up they told us that they were raising the rent. I get it that Northwest Arkansas is exploding and rent is going up everywhere but instead of saying INSPECTION it should have been RENT OBSERVATION/ADJUSTMENT we were already kind of struggling with the rent and so we were forced out. this is where out of state people come in. It is SO difficult to find a place around here buying or renting. Just finding a place around Northwest Arkansas is literally a job. Not only do you have to search the internet and call companies you also have to pay these companies for background checks. So just be aware when you're working with certain companies do research social media platforms, ask friends neighbors, and do YOUR research stay clear of Realtors like these people. My kids were established in a school and they had their friends I relocated my job to move there. Let's just say only rent with them if you have to. I hope this helps. I'm not a complainer. I'm a real person that just struggled with this company and it was by far one of the worst experiences I've had as a good renter that pays on time and keeps up with thing as if it were my own home. Please read other reviews. We left the place immaculate took pictures and dropped off keys a day early. I can update if there's any issues. Update: I didn't receive my full refund. They took out 100 for painting. I have to say we have ALWAYS got our deposit back. So of course they have to take our money some way. Even though I left that place 110% better then when I moved in. This is what GOOD renters get when we move out. We get punished because of GREED. THANK YOU"

"Really impressed this morning with Juanita & husband. I contacted them 2 weeks ago, to tell them about the monster weed, that turned into a tree, that was growing on their property.. Now, it was coming over on my property, over fence, approaching my roof very fast. They came out this morning. It's gone! Juanita apologized to me. She thought it already had been taken care of. She was distgustedi that it went on that long."

"Would give 0 star if I could. Poor customer service all around, not very friendly at all. Very unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. Do not expect any maintenance requests to be fulfilled in a timely manner or at all. They will try to dispute it as something that is not their responsibility and put it on renter! They make it quite clear they only care about pleasing the owners of the property and don’t care about the tenants. Would not recommend NWA Realty to anyone!"
