Quality Inn Bentonville-Rogers

"This was a good quality inn. Location is great plenty of food options around hotel. They have a free washer and dryer which is extremely rare for hotels. Rooms were clean everything worked and the room had good lighting. Only downside no breakfast but they have to go options granola bars, fruit cups and hot coffee which was good. Would stay here again if I’m in the area."

"Had a 2 night stay. The room was quiet and comfortable. To go breakfast and good coffee bar. Had a fridge, in room coffee, hair dryer, plenty of towels. Here for work, so passed on my recommendation to company for future stays."

"I was very disappointed with the breakfast selections. I am a picky eater and there was nothing for me to eat. Even my grandkids didn’t like the selection. For a family of 5 the room was too small. I thought we got queen size beds and they were only doubles. Not enough bedding for 5."

"The room provided a place to sleep. No extra convinces like fridge or microwave. Not much for breakfast (see photo) since kitchen was down. Had to leave walker in doorway not to block restroom. Lucky for me I had a step if I need help getting in the vehicle. I had to use it to get on the bed, the wall between bed and sink was helpful for support. It could use better cleaning there was several cobwebs hanging down and above the bed there was rust along the light area (I hope it was rust). A/C worked and the mattress was comfortable enough. For $115 a night I would have expected better."

"The rooms were fine but left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, at the time of our stay, the kitchen was being worked on, and there was not a complementary breakfast offered. It looked like they tried to remodel the rooms, but the paint above headboards was chipped. The beds were raised, and my feet dangled off the side; I'm 5'10" for reference. There was not a mini fridge or microwave in the suite for us to keep our drinks cold or to heat up food. There is an ice machine, though, and a microwave in the main lobby. The rooms are not handicapped friendly, and besides, the main entrance wheelchairs and wide walkers will have a hard time fitting. We tried both. A further note, the front desk staff at check-in was abrasive and easily destracted and took nearly 40 minutes checking us and two other guests in for the night, we arrived a little before 7 pm. At check-out, the front desk staff was friendlier but didn’t ask about our stay or even thank us for staying with them like other hotels we have stayed in. I would only recommend staying here in a pinch, or if nothing better is available, there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Unfortunately, we were here on Tuesday and Wednesday before the craft weekend started, and all other hotels were booked."
