"This company is a disaster. I rented an apartment from them for 2 years. I paid on-time every month. I had to relocate for a promotion. I knew this 3 or 4 months in advance, because I asked about breaking the lease. They told me i had to pay a fine for leaving early. Luckily my job paid for my move and all fines incurred for early withdrawal. They told be the figure, and said that is all I needed to get out free and clear. I took this number to my company and they approved. 2 months later I inquire about getting my security deposit back. I was told that they couldn't return it until someone moved in to my old apartment. This seemed very strange, but I waited. Now I am being told that no money is owed to me, because of a prorated month of October and cleaning/damage fees. I moved out in August. I also left that apartment spotless and everything worked. Ill provide pictures. These people will not return your money if it is owed to you. Luckily my company is providing me we legal insurance and is recommending a lawyer in Arkansas. Some businesses operate in bad faith, and this is one. Avoid at all costs."
