"This company was hired to manage the POA in my neighborhood and increased our dues by almost 50%. Plenty of issues there, but that's not the purpose of this review. The fees being charged by this company are insane. 17% for being two days late is unheard of, even by banking standards. When I go to pay, they charge "convenience fees" of $6.95 for paying by debit, 3.5% for paying by credit, or $20 for paying either cash or check. These are no longer about convenience, but raising rates without calling it such. Absolutely unethical financial practices."
