Reserve on Central Townhomes

"My move in experience was awful. They claim this is a no smoking property, yet i see people smoking outside their doors all over the property, and my apartment smells of marijuana every day when i get home from work"

"I moved into a three bedroom townhome today in terrible condition. There was literally poop stains in the toilet!!! When we arrived to move in, it absolutely reeked of marijuana inside, not something I want my children and parents around. It seems that none of the white cabinets had been painted as they are all stained and gross. All of the patch jobs around the apartment look bad, they were not properly textured. There are multiple spots on the walls which were not painted, in fact some spots look like they were only touched up with paint that did not match. The apartment didn’t look clean, spots around the place were dirty and gross, and one of the carpets upstairs is really crusty in a spot, which definitely was not cleaned. The windowsills and handrails are in awful shape. There were lightbulbs missing, the closet shelves were dirty and gross. I am extremely unhappy with this apartment, and I recommend looking elsewhere and saving the reserve on central as an absolute last resort."

"No parking for the residents, but plenty of parking for the Airbnb they’ve allowed to be there. The upstairs is ungodly hot in the summer which in a previous review they said updates were coming and the updates are a new coat of paint. Rent keeps raising, no amenities other than a basketball court that’s split in half with a volleyball net?? Weird. Maintenance has always been fantastic! But the remodel was subpar."

"Not the place if you want to ever sleep in they’ve been doing construction for years as you can see by other comments and they allow non stop hammering anytime past 7 am. In all nice place but way to loud and even when it’s not construction there’s two people who live here that hammer all morning anyways"
