"I lived at Depot No. 16 for almost a year and had a very pleasant experience. The building is beautiful and in a great location in downtown Bentonville. The maintenance staff is great (shout out to Keith!) for being flexible and incredibly nice and helpful. Mitch was also wonderful to work with. My questions were always answered promptly and any issues I had were resolved quickly. I lived alone and felt very safe here as a single female. There are not any additional amenities like a pool or workout facility, but the location makes up for that. It is within easy walking distance to the Skylight theater, ice cream shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a beautiful park down the street. The only complaint I had living here was no fault of the property management company, but the walls are very thin. Some of this is to be expected when living in an apartment, but I could hear the full conversations of my neighbors and footsteps/doors closing/microwave beeps in surrounding apartments. It was my only complaint, but I did want to leave an honest review. I felt very supported by the staff at Wheelhouse and would recommend Depot No. 16 as a great place to live in Bentonville!"
