"After saying rooms are available, we paid the application fee. After paying application fee they are saying rooms are not available and not giving the refund too. Worst service ever."

"You get what you pay for I guess. Probably shouldn't cost over 650 to rent here. It's been pretty bad. Had to clean the nastiness left in cabinets and bathroom from previous tenants. It also was roach infested. The property manager was nice about the situation and did get the exterminator to treat but its been hard to justify paying over 900 for an uncomfortable and disgusting environment."

"I’m still currently living here but I have had multiple things stolen off my porch and have filed complaints and nothing has changed. People in these apartments are absolutely terrible. Just last night someone tried to enter my apartment. good thing my door was locked because it’s just me and my 6 month old boy home. But they even tried picking the lock and everything I was so scared I had to call my neighbor to chase the guy off. The management here is good just wish they cared about their tenants more."

"YOU DO NOT WANT TO MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. We moved into a unit with NOTHING cleaned or finished. And had previous tenets belongings still in the unit. After requesting maintenance come and do the job they were supposed to do in the first place, we’ve gotten WEEKS of push back and being lied to saying it will get done and it simply has not. If you’re wanting to move into a disgusting, unfinished, and unprofessional apartment complex this is the one! Very disappointed in lindsay and the management here at the Trails. Shady and unprofessional."
