"I recently moved out of the magnolia complex due to me having my first big time job post college graduation elsewhere and magnolia apartments has helped me in every step of my journey. The staff is very reasonably understanding and friendly. Services were pretty attentive for the most part but we didn’t really utilize them as much because I never really broke anything in my home. Communication with them was genuine, honest and nonetheless friendly. I did a lot of activities throughout college and this complex was the best thing I could ask for the remainder of my time spent in Joplin, MO. I truly recommend this place for college kids or small families as this area is very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves."

"I live in Magnolia Apartments. I can truly say that I love it here. The apartments are clean and maintained. My apartment is very nice And well equipped. I have a dishwasher, a microwave, garbage disposal call me nice refrigerator, stove. Yes very nice kitchen. In the small but I love it but I love it! Yes doing perfect apartment for a senior. There is a swimming pool available and plants for a dog park! Pets are welcomed with a few restrictions. The Property Manager snd owner are like family to and many others. I abut forgot to say, it’s quiet. Come and look around and see it, you won’t be sorry"
