"Appearance: The physical property is nice and well kept. But it is NOISY: These are wood- framed buildings. So, you will be awakened by the 5:30 a.m. toilet flush, hear the neighbors climbing stairs after midnight, and hear most every footstep of anyone who lives above you. The onsite management is professional and will respond to request for assistance at all hours. Example, water looking from ceiling in utility room at 9:30 PM at night....."
