The pool area is very nice. Any maintenance issues that I have had have been addressed immediately and taken care of. No problems with insects or anything like that. I would recommend Terrace Green to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe place to live."

"I have been living at Terrace Green for over 3 years and I have had a very positive experience. The staff is very quick with responding to questions about my lease or problems that require maintenance. The maintenance guy is extremely friendly, there have been times where I stop him in the parking lot and ask him for help and he drops what he is doing to fix my problem. The location of this apartment is fantastic. A shopping center is within a 3 minute drive. The area surrounding is very clean and friendly. I feel safe running and walking at night. The parking lot is very well lit which is a positive when you work late. I would suggest to anyone that needs an apartment to look at Terrace Green!"

"Have lived in one of their studios for 3 years now. The property is always well maintained, and management has always treated me exceptionally well. The gym, laundry room, and pool area are always kept clean and usable. I’ve never had any issues with my unit or complaints about anything. Management is also good about letting everyone know about things like maintenance and inspections, so you always know when someone will need to be in your unit. Would recommend!"
