"LIONCREST STUDIOS are tiny Apartments that serve their purpose equipped with the usual - a kitchenette with 2 burner stove, sink, refrigerator (smaller than usual), and includes a microwave; the bathroom is average size with a full size tub, single vanity sink that doubles as the linen cabinet; and a window unit provides the heat and air conditioning. I think it's a bit over 300 sq ft. The floors are faux hardwood (some type of laminate or snap two together flooring I don't know what it's called it's nice though), the paint is a light beige with white ceiling and there is a ceiling fan with overhead light as well as another light that is over the kitchen sink. This well equipped Studio leases for $435 at this time and a $250 deposit if I remember correctly. Other nice selling points: LIONCREST is directly behind a convenience store and there is a laundry facility on site with four washers and 3 dryers (one dryer doesn't work at this time). LIONCREST is a quaint community and I believe I will like it here!"
