"I've been using yellow cab for a long time because my husband and I only have one car, and we both work, I use the app and I usually order the cab for my husband to get to work, I keep getting charged an "extra fee" and I've tried to call in the past and ask what the fee is for and there wasn't a manager in the office, so today my husband called and they wouldn't tell him because I ordered the cab... This is not a doctor's office with HIPAA violations, it's a question about an extra charge... That's ok we will use different means of transportation from now on."
"Called 12/3 for a round trip ride from the hospital to my house and back to the hospital. First ride went well with little wait at all. I called back about 20 minutes later for an additional ride and was told from the guy on the phone that he “already sent one cab earlier, he wasn’t sending another”. Well I would just like this unprofessional guy to understand my first ride was already completed. Get a degree, become educated, and learn how to run a business."
"I reserved a cab from yellow cab company for 2 hours before my flight. They came an hour and 15 minutes late and did not reimburse my missed flight. It was not a good experience especially since they knew my flight time. Response to owner: I appreciate your apology; however, I reserved the cab three days in advance. If you couldn’t make it work, I could have easily booked another cab. My main issue is that your driver told me she was “on the way”, so I waited and didn’t get another cab. After an hour, I called A1, who came in 10 minutes. I think this could’ve been avoided if your driver was honest with me about how far away she was and I could’ve made something else to work. I understand I could’ve booked earlier as well, but it is my first time traveling and was unaware of the complications."
