"I applied and sent all information and it is off by 1 day of my marriage. They will not accept my marriage certificate as proof of my legal last name. I was actually looking forward to using this bank but with how I had to sit on hold for 20 minutes before anyone awnsered the phone. I have been waiting 5 hours since I applied online. To be told I have to reapply under my old last name and when I get my dl updated and my ssn then I can change it to my new legal name. Even though my name is shown as being legally changed and that information is valid until November of 2022."

"I tried to deposit a check for my son (who is a travel nurse so he couldn't do it himself), through their electronic teller drive thru machine at 4:30 pm. Waited 15 minutes for someone to pop up and instead got a message saying "Thank you for passing by". I go inside to try to deposit the check with no avail since human beings can't deposit a check anymore it has to go thru the machine. Then one of these humans had the audacity to say "Well its the end of the day and close to a holiday so sometimes tellers are not available!" That's ridiculous!"
