"This pharmacy does everything they can to do right by the patient. I've been with this pharmacy for a while now for a medication I'm on financial assistance for. Keep in mind that this pharmacy is not a regular mail order pharmacy - they only fill certain medications for patients on financial assistance (to my knowledge). The pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and the staff do everything in their power to answer your questions quickly. They're also very fast at filling prescriptions and refills. Whenever I need a refill or my doctor writes a new prescription, I either call the pharmacy or they call me the same day and, if it's before shipping time at the end of the day, they fill it same day and I receive it next morning at no cost to me. You can't get better than that!"

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They had complete disregard for me, as a patient. One of my prescriptions was accidentally sent to this pharmacy electronically (confirmed received), and they would not allow another pharmacy to transfer it. Instead, they deleted it and said that is standard practice for medications they do not fill. They ended up wasting their time, another pharmacy's time, and my time over 3 different calls, while everyone was trying to understand that they deleted the prescription. Based on this experience, they seem to not care about anyone but themselves. Why not just allow a transfer? Very frustrating."
