"I paid for a rapid covid/flu test panel, the results were supposed to take 15 minutes. it took over an hour and all the tests all came nack negative. I was really ill, i went to urgent care a couple hours later, i was positive for flu. A total waste of time and money. I doubt they even actually read my test"

"I received a prescription that was damaged in shipping. The pharmacist told me that it wasn't her problem and refused to replace it. The reason why I started having my prescriptions shipped is because of their lack of customer service. I transferred to another pharmacy, so that problem's solved. These people are so simple minded that they can't understand they're being replaced by machines for this exact reason. Nobody wants to deal with them and their miserable attitudes."

"The pharmacist lady was very rude. I'm going to go to another Walgreens and if I experience the same bad issue there. Then I just won't go to Walgreens anymore New info. I called and was on hold for quite a while. However the lady that answered the phone was very nice. Even though my problem was gross. She was very patient and helpful. I didn't catch her name but thank you lady"

"I'm in the store probably more than I'm at my own house and I'm not the easiest person to deal with sometimes and if I have any problems they fix it they take my temper with a grain of salt 99.9% of the time they are dead on. The pharmacy customer service is absolutely amazing rock stars especially Carmen and Clara and there's one other girl I can't think of her name Connor does an amazing job and I couldn't be prouder and go deal with them if you have to have that experience I recommend it yeah I could give him 20 Stars I would but Google won't let me do that"

"Always very slow check-out lines. There is never more than one clerk at a time as well. The pharmacy was also not too helpful. Not the worst ever, but no great."
