"Edited: Our comp was in March. In December, I finally got the check. And he sent the leftover merch for us to sell at our next comp coming up. So he did make it right, but it took way too long. But if I hadn't reached out one last time, I'm not sure we would have seen anything. We partnered with Todd to sell merch at a competition with the agreement that we would get proceeds back. We are still waiting to see those proceeds from March. Would love to get a return phone call or email explaining why this is the case. It’s really unacceptable to not honor your commitments especially with those commitments negatively impact kids."

"I am very disappointed in this company and will not use them again. I took the shirts to Todd on 8/28/23 and tried to communicate with many emails to find out status with no response. When I finally received the response on November 29, 2023, he had not even gotten to them yet. He then sent me a quote with shirts that I didn't request on it, and he wouldn't remove them and add the sizes that I asked for. He was very rude about the whole matter after me waiting 3 months for our job to be started and completed."

"It is very sad when a local merchant says they will give a percentage on merchandise sales for a Lee's Summit Student group and gives not a penny from the sales. Hearing this is a regular occurrence with Custom Graphics. Our students suffer when bad business like this happens."

"Stay away from this business! My team used Custom Graphics for a merchandise fundraiser with the agreement that a portion of proceeds would be returned to the team. After months of waiting and numerous attempts to contact, our proceeds are missing and attempts at communication are being unanswered. What a shame this business is scamming a high school team of their hard-earned funds!"
