"So I’m gonna be honest about what happened. Sales and service were great. My issue lies in the aftermath of having the car for 18 days. I bought a pre owned 2018 Camaro ZL1 for roughly $52000 with a little over 28000 miles on it so a sports car with low miles. I left the lot with it found within a day or two that the remote app features didn’t work dealt with onstar for a week trying to work out what was wrong ended up bring it in and found the onstar module was bad they replaced it no questions asked and were fantastic to work with. Now here is where we take the turn I work for GM Fairfax I work nights so I don’t get time during the day to wash my car and wipe it down like I would like to but I did get to on the 17 day I found a crack in my paint that looks as though it’s been repaired at some point if it’s done right no issues but it apparently wasn’t now I know I bought a used car I expect some rock chips and minor damage. I don’t expect major paint and or body work to have to be done to a car that I just bought. I brought it up after I found it cracked and was met with a story of I’m gonna be honest with you, you bought a used car you can’t expect us to make it right. He then said you can get it fixed yourself why don’t you go get a quote from our body shop. I went around to the body shop and was given an estimate of around $2600 to repair a car that I just bought for $52000 with 28000 miles on it. I did give the estimate to manager and asked can we meet somewhere in the middle after 5-10 min of standing there he finally said I pass it along to my GM see what he says but I highly doubt they’ll fix it. I’m frustrated with the fact they just washed their hands of it and weren’t even willing to even help with the cost of it as though I bought a $10000 car with 100000 miles. So in conclusion I just wanna say that this was my first and last car that I’m buying from them."

"I took my Silverado in for brakes. They replaced pads and rotors on both axles and replaced one caliper as well. While there were a couple delays due to a stubborn screw and a diagnostic tool that was temporarily down, Jeffrey and Ross did a great job of keeping me updated throughout the whole process. They gave me a complimentary rental overnight and had my truck ready at 8am the next morning. It’s running better than ever."
