Walmart Pharmacy

"Pharmacy canceled our prescription and says there is "nothing they can do about" even though THEY made the mistake. They said it was an accident and they can not make the request for the prescription to be resent. Other pharmacies will call the dr to get the prescription. How are you going to cancel the prescription for no reason and then refuse to make it right?"

"This is how medical care should work in this country. I walked in (without an appointment) asked for a shingles vaccine, and got it within minutes. I only had to fill out one piece of paper, and didn't even have to pay for it. I don't want to know the details of what they had to do with my insurance. It's just handled! Brilliant! Highly recommend!"

"I went with a prescription for my 6 year old son who has the flu. I was told the Rx would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I looked at the time. I shopped a little and came back in about 17 minutes. There was one woman picking up her Rx when I came back so I stood where you are supposed to stand. When they were done with the other woman they closed the gate and went to lunch. I said, "Excuse me! I'm just here to get my son''s prescription! You said it would be ready!" They ignored me. I had to wait 20 more minutes until they came back. Why tell me a certain time to come back if you are going to close? And how can you just ignore someone?"

"That was out of line! I am a shut in. I have seizures. I sent my son there with HARD COPIES. My blood pressure medicine would have been a partial fill but that was ok. What wasn't ok, was my other 2 controlled medications not being filled until the very day I run out. What's up with that?!?! They were not refills. They were hard copies! Brought in 2 days early. With hard copies, that is null and void! You are to fill the prescriptions! Horrible service!! I was happy to have my hard copies returned to me, and have them filled at a different pharmacy with no difficulty. Awful service... Never again."

"This is my go-to WalMart. Cozy, real folks and the employees are always nice and friendly. Out of stock items can take what seems like a day or two to replenish, but this is not a negative thing. They offer a Subway and Money services up front as well as a grocery store. Very convenient and open 24 hours."
