"Lisa the pharmacy manager is The only reason I still go there. Yesterday I went through the drive thru and picked up a prescription. I said I only wanted one of the prescriptions. It was a controlled substance. They charged me for the controlled substance and accounted for it. I would have had to go an entire month without my prescription. That is life threatening. I was handed the wrong prescription. When I woke up today I tried to take a pill. The pills looked really funny to me. I looked them up on pill identifier. If I would've taken this medication they give me and drove to work my life could have been affected as well as others on the road. I called in a panic. This medication is for my anxiety. The day before I found out my friend passed away due to suicide, I'm extra anxious. The pharmacy technician originally told me that I picked up the correct prescription and I was lying. After they realized their error they finally gave me the correct prescription. I understand mistakes happen but this could've cost my life. The worst part is they didn't even reach out to apologize. You've got my information. I'm a restaurant manager and I apologize if one of my employees messes up food. I'm sorry isn't hard and it's free."

"Love my Hy-Vee, very friendly employees. Store is clean. Sometimes the pharmacy is very busy, but usually they have people that will jump in to help check out their customers."

"Pharmacies already suck but this location treats that as a goal to achieve or a race to be won. Had the same prescription and every time I went to pick it up there was an issue EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. If you happen to get the young Asian girl you're better off just turning around trying another day, she has no problem solving skills in her at all."

"I called in 2 inhalers at 8am & they were not ready by 4:30pm the same day. Was told I would have to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour for them to get it filled. I understand this pharmacy gets very busy, but for 2 inhalers that come pre-packaged, you would think 9 hours would be more than enough time to get them filled."

"I brought in a hard copy script over a week ago and I was told it would be ready yesterday. I called today and they said my script is lost and they can’t find it and even if they did, they are short staffed and not able to fill it today. I have SO many concerns about a pharmacy “losing” a script for a controlled substance and then the level of customer service on not filling it if they do find it since this is an error on their part."
