"Ms. Sonia is absolutely angelic. I don't know that I have used that word more than twice in my life to describe an individual. I called, in a motherly distraught way, looking for almost immediate care...which it actually turned out that I did need immediate care. My son goes to a different school. The weather has been horrible and his school has been closed for the last five days. I spoke with Ms. Sonia on a Thursday explaining that I was only in need of drop-off care which consists of snow days and days that I would need care for my son when school was closed. We arranged the next Monday which turned out to b an incredibly above and beyond favor for her to care for him that day bc of the circumstance of her school schedule. Fast forward to Friday morning, his school closes 1.5 hours prior to drop off...there was an ice storm....I have to work...the lady I thought might b able to care for him didn't respond...and I'm driving from St. Joseph, Mo praying that somehow a miracle would appear. She did! It was Ms. Sonia. I called and asked if he could come. She didn't hesitate in her response that of course I could bring him. She even as that when she saw the weather SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ME! Ummmmmmmm.......people like her are rare. I am so grateful. And it must not b overlooked that she gave me personally some incredible encouragement and assistance when I had a very heavy heart. Sometimes we moms can use some care too. My heart was so very heavy yesterday and bc of her kind words I was able to finish work and not have to leave early. I thank Ms. Sonia and her amazing family too bc they also have to b pretty special in order for her to be so generous in an unstressed way."

"My boys have been at ABC at Play since they were 6 months old! They just started kindergarten this August. This is not just a daycare it's a family. Sonya loves these kiddos like they were her own and all the ABC providers love them also. It was always such a relief to know that everyday I went to work I had no worries about my my babies receiving the love and care the deserved. Sonya has taught our children so much she works hard making sure the children learn what's needed for school & life. That love was poured into my son from day one and that was over four years ago. Sonya is a true blessing to my family and I am forever grateful for her. She is one of the top students in her class today because of the care and time Mrs. Sonya put in her. I would drive from Grandview to NKC because I knew it was worth the trip."

"My son started going here when he was 1.5 years old because I knew he wasn’t getting the proper care where he was prior. He had horrible diaper rashes because he wasn’t being changed at his previous daycare. Once he started coming here not only did the rash clear right up but never happened again! We were so blessed to have Sonya and her wonderful family take care of my son for over 2.5 years. The amount of work they put into it is truly admirable. The one on one attention is also something that I love about this place! When I had my son tested to see if he could start NKC free pre school program they told me since he scored so high he couldn’t do their full time program because they like to leave those spots for kids who need the extra help. Getting those results back just reenforced what I already knew, and that’s that they really do put in the work to help our babies prepare for school and life! Not only do they teach our children all day but they are always there if you need anything else! Always willing to work with you and your schedule. Some people may feel a certain way about in home daycares but here they run it as the state licensed business that it is! They work so hard to also throughly deep clean where the kids are and have safety features in place too. I also always loved the fun activities they would do with the kids! Always finding fun and new ways to engage them! They truly are amazing people with beautiful hearts and a love and passion for kids. My son really loves Sonya and her family as do I! They have become my family! It was definitely a sad day when I knew it was my sons last day there. But we will always be like family! I highly recommend this place...if you couldn’t tell."
