"I have to say me and my boyfriend stayed there for a lil over 6-7 months and i have to say if ur baby was to ever be transferred to Saint Louis and you live to far to keep coming back and forth give them a call. They have amazing dinner groups to come cook for u just about every night. The staff treats you like your family and wants the best for you. We both can say we've haven't had any bad experiences with them at all. They'll help you to the farthest extent that they can and always know how to keep a smile on your face. They also have this lovely dog named Frankie that comes in every Thursday and always has a playground out back for the kids not to mention the lovely family rooms they have for you to sit in if you don't want to be in ur room all the time. We've got so much good to say about them and not to mention the one we are currently staying at which is out in west county right by mercy hospital. I just don't think we could've kept our sanity without both houses. They care about you and always are concerned about your feelings. They keep they houses clean. They provide just about anything you need without question. Both these houses in west county and west pine will be the spot I always will call on first when we need somewhere to stay anytime our son's in the hospital thank y'all so much for everything y'all have done for use and our son. They gave him his first birthday gifts and second Christmas presents and they all it takes to when over our hearts❤️"

"I myself, stayed at the West Pine RMH while my son was waiting for a bilateral lung Transplant in 2002. This was the best place for me to be. From the friendly staff, to the meals that the different businesses or organizations would come and prepare for the families. Our stay was wonderful and it quickly became a home away from home. We now will come and stay as a returning family when my son has his check ups, provided the RMH has room."
