About the Business
Cedar Hills Early Childhood Center is a full day preschool program located at 14500 Parallel Road in Basehor, Kansas. We cater to children aged 2 ½ to pre-kindergarten, offering both full time (5 days a week) and part time (1-4 day(s) a week) options. Our hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
We are proud to be a part of the Basehor community and are excited to meet your family! Our center provides a fun environment with unique activities and plenty of playtime. We focus on academics, pre-reading, and beginning math skills, as well as teaching social skills that support children's academic success.
Preschool is a crucial time for children to develop positive social skills and form friendships. At Cedar Hills, we help children learn how to share, take turns, and include others through various experiences and opportunities. We believe that the first five years of a child's life are crucial for learning, and we aim to equip children with the skills they need for today, tomorrow, and beyond. "Molly and her staff are AMAZING!! My son went here for two years. He's in first grade now and still talks about Mrs Molly and how he misses her and his other teachers. The place itself is top notch and SUPER clean. For my toddler to tell me the food is great everyday I appreciated that. The curriculum was great, a wonderful balance of learning and play. They have lots of family activities and we absolutely loved the year end party they throw. Overall I would give it a 10+ just because of all the special loving I feel like they gave our little guy. His personality really blossomed here and I feel like that was all confidence from his teachers. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Pre School. You won't be disappointed."
