"Terrible customer service. Had a duplicate charge on my card. They were supposed to get with the manager then call me. No call, so I called them and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I explained they had my money and it was on them to get it correct. She begrudgingly said if I drove back to store she could refund it. When I got there, and while on the phone, no apology l, or I am so sorry let me fix this for you. Sorry you had to drive back up to store. Barely looked up at me."
