"The golf course is the worst shape it's been in 25 years. Very sad to see. Fairways and tee boxes are in very bad shape. All the grass on the driving range is in bad shape. I just don't know what's going on out there. There has been a bunch of improvements to the the stjcc but the course which imo is the most important part of the property seems to be just getting worse and worse."
