"If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone here twice now both times my order got messed up even with one being a correction order! I ordered 4 breakfast platters with Bacon. To start the amount of eggs they put it there literally took my 5 year old 3 bites to finish, the hash browns were soggy and gross. Then to top it off they literally forgot a whole breakfast platter, I was so disappointed with the first experience on-top of the remake order being so disappointing as the first I didn’t even bother to go back for the fourth platter. Ontop of that everything was cold and I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how hard it was to count to 4 and I DO NOT RECOMMEND A BURGER FROM THIS JACK! I can not stress enough that the burger was dry and there was more condiments as if they tried to cover the fact that the burger was dry and this was the remake order from the first time they messed up and burnt what little eggs they gave us. Will never visit this Jack again for sure!"
