"Our pool was damaged this winter by a vehicle pushing snow. I called the comfort center and they came out within a few days and gave us an estimate on the repair. The new cover has already been installed and we're now waiting on the fiberglass repair company to come out. The Comfort Center responded with personalized concern for our issues and took quick action. Their customer service is great and much improved over 4 or 5 years ago. I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs."

"PLEASE READ WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER PATRONIZE THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS AGAIN! I went in to have a different fireplace insert with a better flame installed. I was guided to some options and landed on one for $1800 (TOO MUCH)! A technician came to install and also took my glass facing off, saying I no longer needed it. I had to call them back on a couple of occasions because I was getting soot over my fireplace. A tech came back on a couple of occasions telling me that was being caused by the way the logs were arranged. Never mind the fact that the same tech installed them initially. They also were to install a screen which they did not have the pieces for, so I am left with two pieces of too long metal rods hanging down in front of my fireplace. After a period of time I noticed that my ceilings were becoming discolored from soot that had risen from the open fireplace. I called and spoke to one of the owners, Erica, and she said to call her back when it started getting cold so they could come out and check it. At the beginning of 10/23 I called Erica back and she said she would give me a heads up when they could come. I requested that she as an owner come with the technician so that she could see my ceilings and she said she would. After two months of waiting I called back , waited another two months for a total of four before I was put off on a Mandy, my situation was addressed. Needless, to say Erica did not come with the tech. Finally my situation was corrected, with the exception of my ceilings and the metal rod just hanging in front of my fireplace that after calling back they tell me the rod was discontinued. They never took the initiative to call and tell me this. Now I am just stuck with this unsightliness, or I will have to figure it out myself. When I asked Mandy about my ceilings she said they could give me a solution to clean my ceiling, but would not do it! Common sense should have told them that you can't clean black soot from a flat paint ceiling. Therefore, I will have to pay to have my ceilings painted because of their ineptness and not knowing what best to install! I hope This review comes across LOUD AND CLEAR TO BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! I am by no means unreasonable, but all was great when I was paying, but afterwards I became an inconvenience! Let me also say that I have not heard from the co owner again at all! There are this type of businesses in Kansas City, and Riverside, Mo. that will travel to St. Joseph. I know this because I spoke to one who told me all of the things this place did wrong! Also, it would have been less expensive to go with the place in Riverside, Mo. but now I know! If you want your dollar to be respected and to be treated with dignity and respect, then avoid "The Comfort Center" at all cost! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
