"Came in the other day and explained that we recently bought a house with a pool, had never had one before and didn't know where to start to get it opened for the summer, and that our pool pump (that we had in our car) appeared to not be working properly. The employee said that they were out of pool pumps but could take a look at it to see if he could tell us what pump we would need. He came out to the car and looked at it and said he wasn't sure what we would need, told us to go to The Comfort Center down the road instead, and then walked back in the store. I appreciate that he looked at the pump, but we couldn't help but to feel shocked that we hadn't really gotten the help we asked for and that he told us to go to a different store and give them our business. Only leaving 1 star because he actually did come look at the pump we brought, but left without the help/knowledge we asked for, didn't really seem like he cared since it was 45 minutes until closing time. Definitely not going to go back if they tell us to go somewhere else for help."

"Am a pool virgin, looking for a pump and filter for my stock tank pool. Didn’t hardly help and brushed my question off with “we only do large pools with 1 horse motors. How big do you need” all I knew was the gallons. Do yourself a favor and go to comfort center, extremely helpful at comfort center."
