"I have Sat in line at drive thru for 20 minutes and they're still 7 cars deep, you'd think you could get some extra help with drive thru, extend their hours , or get a few more employees on the schedule, this is ridiculous. price is right but it'll be an hour wait till I get to the window."

It is small town, it seems to be known that there are few choices for pharmacy, therefore customer service does not need to be high. Shame on you for that.
