"It's a Shame when you move from a big city like Omaha Nebraska to small town Red Oak, Ia. You just can't find any handymen or professional's to help with repairs. You make the calls and leave messages and never receive a call back. I honestly thought Southwest Iowa Appliance was a closed business never seen anyone where and never seemed to be open. I call the phone number was greeted by a real nice receptionist. When that same day Matt showed up told me what was wrong with the washer, he return 2 today's later with the part needed to fix The washer that had been broken for 3 months. Thankyou Matt you were very professional and now I have a working washer. I will be calling you from now on."

"We have called on him and both his scheduler and Matt are very kind, courteous, polite, and professional. Matt has repaired our cloths washer twice. Motor went out and he replaced very quickly. Two years later the inside water manifold cracked, another quick order and repair. A year ago the igniter on our oven died, Matt fixed immediately! "Our dryer stopped working and I contacted Southwest Iowa Appliance to repair it. Matt showed up the next day and had it fixed and going in about 30 minutes or less. Matt did a wonderful job, was quick at fixing the issue, professional, and very informative. "I have an Lg refrigerator and the freezer suddenly stopped freezing things and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Matt came and looked at it (showed up exactly when he said he would) and told me what he thought the problem was. He walked me through the process of calling Lg to file a warranty claim, got the part needed ( a compressor )and installed it. It still did not work. When i called him he came back, at no charge, and tried to get it working. After 3 trips to my house and still no luck with it working, he called Lg himself and had them send a different compressor. Turns out the first compressor they sent was a bad one which is why it did not work. He came today and installed the new one and i now have a working refrigerator and freezer! He told me on his 2nd trip here that his goal is to always solve the problem and he didnt give up until the problem was fixed! I highly recommend him for any appliance related job. He is professional, always on time, and does everything he needs to do to solve the problem. 5 star company in my book!"
