"I lived here back in 2021 for about 6 months (I left the state to live with my husband!). Since then I’ve lived at two different apartments, both of which had terrible management and it is basically a living nightmare. I find myself wishing I was back here, with wonderful people like Joyce to go to with my issues. I understand that things are always going to happen, but it’s how those things are handled that matters, and I’ve learned that this place has some of the best management around. I highly recommend the Highlands not only because of the awesome people, but the apartment itself was roomy, I felt safe, and I truly loved the preventative pest control treatment that was provided!"

"The apartment complex is roaches and mice infested and the management does not fix things that current tenants have problems with and the problems has been over a year. The management company is a sorry management company there is several complaints in Butler, Pittsburgh ks, that's why Lansing heights in. Lansing Kansas got rid of them. They don't try to keep tenants happy they just want to rent the units and then try to rent the empty and not fix the things that needs fix in the tenants that needs to be fixed."
