"I met Dr. Morales after my (then) 2 year old had her first rectal prolapse. I went to Jordan Valley and told them I don't care how long I waited, our provider never took my concerns over our daughter's health seriously! After our 4 hour wait, Dr. Morales was the provider who saw us, and we got a referral to the Mercy Pediatric GI Specialist. I was so impressed with Dr. Morales that I asked if she could be our family pediatrician to see both our children. It does take a long time to get an appointment with her specifically, but I think it's because she is such a good doctor. My insurance called and told me we couldn't have her as our children's primary care provider (PCP) as she was listed as a specialist in their system. I called Jordan Valley to see if that was true, and they told me that Dr. Morales is considered a pediatric specialist, but we can also have her as our PCP. So I called our insurance back and told them what I was told. They said they would reach out to Jordan Valley themselves. As I haven't heard from them again, and our visits have been covered, I'm assuming they got it all figured out. I hate insurance and how it determines the worth of an American life and what they will or will not cover to make money off patients. Sarcastic "thank you, America", and your terrible and stressful health system that adds to the stress of patients and caregivers!! I'm grateful Jordan Valley and Dr. Morales were able to fix any bureaucratic hold up the insurance had over our care! Because Dr. Morales is worth the time and effort to see!"

"Somewhat decent doctors when u can see them. The appointments are all 1 month and longer appointment times. And even if your kid comes home sick from school don't bet that they will get you in anytime soon what is the purpose of a pediatrician if you can't ever get an appointment"
