"I was told when we moved into our apartments three years ago, that we would be moving into a remodeled apartment. That was not the case. I would love to see what the remodel apartments look like. Things are always breaking down right now I have problems with my bathroom tile coming off the walls. The closet door is hard to open and close in the protective lining around the bathtub in the master bedroom is off, other than that, I love my apartment I just wish it was updated"

"Art Rodriguez came promptly and fixed my electrical but also offered to fix anything else since he did it so quickly. He went around and fixed odds and ends that were ignored for a long time. This guy is the friendliest and an expert. Grateful for him!"

"No stars. Everything is outdated! Appliances, tubs, toilets, thermostats, ac units. They paint over your problems with white paint and says it’s fixed! 2 people were just shot last week. Save your money and family! Do not move to The Ridge! Would NOT recommend!"

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely terrible management. My parents have been living here for 8 years and it started out great until recent management moved in. My parents air conditioner was out for days when it was 95 degrees outside. Their basement has been flooding for OVER A YEAR. Every time it rains the basement floods. The stuff in their basement has been ruined. They can’t go down there because there is black mold around the intake vents and on the carpet and now it’s so bad there are MUSHROOMS growing in the carpet. It’s absolutely disgusting. I’m super concerned for my parents health but management just keeps saying they’ll get to it eventually. Their only solution so far has been to bring in big high powered fans to dry out the carpet. All it does is raise my parents electricity bill. It gets more wet with each rain. I’m embarrassed to say my parents live here."

"I’ve had problems with my air conditioner for about 4 years now. It’s outdated and needs an upgrade, but for some reason they keep just trying to unprofessionally repair it. At this point it’s wasting their own resources and causing unnecessary stress to me and I’m sure the maintenance crew being called out for the same issue over and over again. I’m not sure why they don’t just send a professional out at this point. The maintenance guy came out last week stating he was the ONLY maintenance staff and it was his last week. Also stated that whoever has “repaired” my ac in the past did it all wrong and everything was connected poorly and he wasn’t surprised it keeps breaking. He said he ordered a part but now that he’s no longer working, I’m not sure how it’s going to be repaired. A PROFESSIONAL needs to be sent out to fix/upgrade/replace it. If my issue isn’t resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to take matters into my own hands. I will not be spending this amount of money to have amenities like air conditioner (that I am not responsible for) neglected, and WILL NOT sit back and have nothing done when my apartment is consistently over 80 degrees. It’s also VERY frustrating seeing so many other units around me updated and me being a long term resident here and not being taken care of like the rest. You’d think they’d want happy residents and more referrals but I guess not. If you are thinking about moving here, I would strongly suggest you viewing past utility bills and maintenance requests of your particular unit and being shown the exact central air unit of the unit you are expected to move in. From what I’ve seen, you can get more updated units elsewhere for the same price with cheaper utilities because of the updates. The ONLY reason I have not moved is because of how expensive it is to move."
