"I would expect better from a realty company than to shoot guns off in a residential area on two acres of land. Yet, for 5+ hours on a Sunday, there were shots fired, some that would shake our whole house, as they were shooting 25 yards from our yard. Even when taking a walk with three young children, they continued to shoot. Extremely close to other homes, people, and businesses. Extremely irresponsible and inconsiderate. I don’t even know what doing business would be like if this is the manner in which they behave."

"Every time I drive by this office I get sick to my stomach because of what happened to my family related to the property we bought from this company. (The owners were their employees too...) I told my husband that I had a feeling about the woman that was supposed to be "our" realtor (and was NOT any help to us). I told him I didn't trust her, that we should not deal with this company. "We absolutely loved action realty. We specifically used Ken Harding. We bought our house a little more than a year ago and our experience even to this day has been nothing but amazing. My wife and I both have very busy schedules so we would often need odd hours to view houses and Ken always made sure to get us in whenever worked for us, even on weekends a few times.
