"Darrol Miles, maintenance man; Registered Sex Offender: Sexual Misconduct - Second Degree. Disabled/Elderly/Low Income/Section 8 Housing. Residents, mostly single/elderly/divorced/widowed females. When I moved in, there was no peephole, no chain, no window on the main door, bolts misaligned as if they'd been tampered with, and the storm door latch was missing. Excellent acoustics, though."
