"Listen to the reviews!!! Eric A has been nothing but trouble through and through. The home was in fair condition, but made out to be a lot nicer than it actually was. Ive dealt with an extensive list of problems from the home itself, communication, and so much more. Repairs were never done in a timely manner and when done they were never fully fixed. Anyone from this business would just show up unannounced, anytime. Multiple court cases for properties are constantly going on with this rental agency. Eric will not be prompt, or timely with responses and he always says he’s too busy. He has the worst attitude for customer service and does care about quality. They simply want people in their properties and don’t bother to build relationships, or fix any problems. Overall this has been the worst experience in renting. This family owned rental agency should not be in the work field, and I wouldn’t waste your time unless you want to be ignored, threatened and treated poorly."

"The property they represented was fair but even though we paid our application fee and gave a check for the deposit we had difficulty connecting with Eric Acosta. He did not return calls or texts. When we finally connected he said he’d been busy. Still we waited. Still no updates or response. We applied for a different property, got approved, signed lease and paid deposit and when I tried contacting Eric he still did not answer, return my voicemail or text. After a court attempt by text he simply sent a picture of my check torn up and replied “your check has been shredded”. Every interaction with Eric was unpleasant even when touring the proper but I wanted the house so I figured I’d deal with it. My advice is don’t waste your time."
