"Was a VERY family/kid friendly complex until they changed management and things went down hill QUICK! No smoking complex, no plants allowed, no bbq grills allowed, they took kids bikes away for a while until parents complained. Can't have things on porch, everything has to be approved. Do your research on places even if you're desperate. Talk to tenants. There was a lady that lived there 10 years and new management forced her out of there."
