"They charge $15 per bag per night for your stay. I have never heard of anything like that in my life!!!! And it’s predatory to spring that on someone when you’re an hour and a half from the closest major city and have nowhere else to go !!! They make no effort to accommodate you for your concerns regardless of the disingenuous comments left on these reviews about how much it matters."

"Four stars for a 2 star hotel. It was very clean, and the staff was nice. A little pricey for this type of hotel though. Pet friendly was the reason we chose this hotel over the surrounding ones."

"Worst stay EVER! Couldn't shower, faucet broke. Spraying hot water on my roommate. Light by bed wouldn't turn off, kept flickering. Plugs on light were too loose to use. Wall outlets sparked. TV changer sucked! Was up over 2 hours cleaning up the water mess in the bathroom. No shower. Couldn't get a different room, or compensation! Manager was rude! Tried to blame me for the bathroom fiasco. Maintenance guy was excellent! Apologized, took time to see the complaints. Manager said cleaning lady expects stuff. Don't see that as caring about what needed fixed! I have a Hospitality Degree! I KNOW what should be expected and how the situation could have been handled better!! I recommend NOT staying at the Westridge Inn"

"Exceeded expectations in the room quality and breakfast. The towels were folded fancy like an actual hotel, you can tell they are going beyond the minimum expected of a roadside hotel. Breakfast had real Tropicana orange juice and all the fixings. Again, surpassing expectations."

"Great place to stay!! . Very clean rooms , friendly staff. Stayed with family, have large parking lot , good grass to take a walk with my dog. Will stay next tme in town for sure !."
