"*UPDATE today* I was barely even getting out of my car when the main manager(MM) pulls up and starts yelling at me(even my mom can hear while I had her on the phone). At the end of the first conversation(with the MM)she said she'll be happy/glad when we move out, I said we would too. Later when she goes around my mom comes home and she comes walking towards us. When my mom showed up she had a different tone while she was here saying she's not mad about the review but tells me(when I'm by myself) she would be happy for us to move and yelling at me. Right now we don't have any water what a coincidence without a proper knowledge it would be off while they fix the downstairs."

"It’s cheap but it comes with issues in the apartment. •When we were first looking for an apartment they told us we could move in by December we ended up not moving in till February. •When we came by to check the apartment it was already covered in dog hair on the carpet the lock for the key didn’t work but they fixed that quickly, the plastic thing to shift the blinds break too easily I have told them if we can get new ones I was told that I would most likely have to pay for it. It was already dirty mold on the sink of the bathrooms and in the shower. •Sometime in mid July-Beginning of August ‘23 we reported that the A/C was not working and they took 4/5 days to fix it while it was the worse heat there ever was. •For the balcony my mom almost went over the ledge but they came and fixed that quickly regards of safety. •As we are using the water the temperature changes out of no where and takes a while to get hot. •Other than that they should send out an email or message if they are wanting to check on the air filter or come into the home as we are not always home and don’t know if someone came in and or as we have a minor in the home who can’t legally sign any papers or talk to the maintenance/managers of age. We have complied with the issues, it’s not a bad home. We requested to get moved up to a bigger apartment(3bed) they told my mom that they would call her back if it can be possible to move to one as we have explained we would be fine paying the last month as we move into the bigger apartment but haven’t heard back."

"Its affordable & spacious. But that does not make up for all the other troubles of this complex. 6mo in & every day its so frustrating, i can not catch a break. First of all roaches. Gross i didnt come here with them & management swear ppl over here do not have them. Leak in the ceiling & how gross to not know what it is. Still not fixed a month later. The assistant manager is so sweet. The manager is very dismissive. I received a lease violation not even 2 months after signing because my male company asked the maintenance man a question. So many places that should have been sealed inside my unit. Its a nice community. Neighbors are nice but roaches are coming from somewhere"

"I have made Wycliffe Apartments my home for 18 years! I have been really happy living here...The Management team, Tracy, Alex, and Tyler are the best! They always greet you with a smile and are always ready to help you in any way...They know you by your first name, are friendly, always professional but make you feel welcome...Bryan and Jason our maintenance guys are always prompt and if they are running late they let you know...They are friendly, always greet you with a smile and as they get to work on whatever the problem is, if they need to leave to get a tool or parts they make sure to not let your pets out and they never leave a mess...Michael the grounds keeper has a big job keeping up with making sure our community looks good all the time and does a good job...It’s fun living here, before covid we always had themed party’s every couple months in the beautiful lounge area of the Management office...Soup suppers, taco nights, chili suppers, kids party’s with all kinds of goodies and treats along with meeting new people and just enjoying the fellowship of all...And the annual pool party so much fun, good food and music always...It’s been an adventure living here and I’d recommend Wycliffe to friends and strangers...It’s well lit up at night and I feel safe if I am out late or walking back from the gym...Thank you to Tracy, Alex, Tyler, Bryan, Jason and Michael for making me feel safe all these years living in Wycliffe Apartments and making me feel at home...You’re all the best!!"

"Worst apartment I ever lived in. Don't be deceived by how it looks and how cheap the rent was. My family has been living here for almost two years. We had minimal problems with our apartment at first and became worse as the time goes by. Poor A/C during the summer and heater during winter. Our unit has poor insulation. We learned to deal with it since were paying cheap rent. We had to put insulation ourselves to save us $$ from electricity bill. Since we cant moved out because i got pregnant, we signed our (renewed)contract . Since then our problems with our unit started. Water was leaking in the bathroom and we never know where it was coming from (just disgusting). Maintenance were lazy. They just come and go. We complain so many times about out bathroom leak and they tried to fix it for 4 time in a row in three weeks. (they hired a plumber but it was just a temporary fix)Then later on we found out that WE HAD MOLDS INFESTATION in our unit due to leak in the bathroom and kitchen sink. They finally brought in professional plumber to fix this huge mess. We (my husband, toddler, a newborn and myself) had to move to a friend's house temporarily for two weeks while they're fixing our unit. (Which we also paid rent ). We didn't get any rent compensation or whatsoever from Wycliff mangement. We still had to pay our full rent during those two weeks that they were working on our unit in addition to our apartment bills. It's a long messy story and I don't want to sound like I'm ranting. Im just trying to save you from trouble. If we can only get out of this apartment, we will, but we are bounded by the contract. Also, Ruby and her boss were not helpful. All the reviews about Ruby were all true. So, Stay away from this place."
