"Lived here for a few years. Maintenance and the front office (specifically Raychell) have always been quick to help. It’s an older property, but they do a heck of a job keeping it running. We had a pest issue, they identified it fast and fixed the situation. On top of that, they replaced the oven. I’ve been at enough places to know that’s rare. They are good people here."

"This is a 100% honest review, and be sure to read the others that are very similar, there's a pattern and I recommend dodging this place. First off, don't believe thier updated photos, no one get an apartment that nice at this complex. The place is flat out outdated and the Price Brothers as a company, are tight wads. Like someone else said, maintenance to the outside is non-existent, let alone inside. The ac/heater is from the late 70's (it's written on the unit itself) and will cost you money. Summer time, it runs all day and will cost you $175+ a month at those times, simply because they have the original single pane 1970's windows that constantly let cold air in. Tight wads get a lot of money a month from the tenants, and won't invest any money into the windows, carpet, ac/heating or nothing essential to people living there. Flat out SLUM LORDS. Just know that if you move in, there's not always new carpet, we didn't have new when we moved in, and when we moved after 4 years, they charged us for normal wear and tear. With that being said, you won't be getting much of your deposit back. They're crooks. Like I mentioned before, read the reviews, there's a pattern. They won't talk about it and listen, what's done, is done to them. So be aware of this place. With all this being said, I hope people read this and dodge this place. Bring in a bulldozer and bulldoze that place and get rid of every person in the office. Especially the one with a bad attitude, you'll discover her real quick."

"I’ve rented with Price Brothers for years and this property is by far one of the worst. The property managers are rude and unprofessional. The property is run down and management would rather argue than be apart of the solution for all. Do yourself a favor in the new year and find a different property or it will cost you more in the long run."
