The Creeks of Gladstone

"I lived at these apartments for 9 years then I got my grandkids and had to transfer to a bigger apartment. I paid monthly for rhino insurance for my deposit. This apartment was unlivable due to neglect of properly exterminate for roaches. I had people move in adjacent to me 2 of them that were exterminated and not mine. well of course the roaches came to my house. And it got out of control. The only thing the apartments had to say was you can move. People in my situation can't just pick up and move. I'm on a fixed income. They are claiming they know nothing about insurance and stating I never reported any problems. I have all the records of this.vdid finally move with some help. But they have sent me to collections for charges that for 1 are not valid number 2 the insurance should pay for. I can't even get ahold of that place. We didn't have 1 pool for 3 years.bthen they opened 1 pool(they have 3) for 1 weekend last year.bi would recomend I would not even give it a star.you stay far far away from this place."
