"I’ve lived here for 4 years now. I love the area it is by everything , GREAT schools around , love that they come with washer and dryer . Also management is awesome ! Kristie gets things done in the office and so does the maintenance crew! . I’ve never had a problem since the new management they really care about their tenants!"

"I have had nothing but a great experience it's moving in here almost 3 years ago. Even when a new property management company took over the engagement and communication with the office staff especially Kristie has been phenomenal. On-site maintenance is great. They recently added a 24-hour 7-Day a week maintenance number where you can call or text. I found the process to text him easy and had a quick response. Had a furnace that went out on Friday evening they made sure I had a space heater to get me through and after examining the unit found it was at the end of its useful life and not able to find parks to repair it and authorized a replacement. How awesome is that"

"I’ve been here for 2 years now . I thought since we got new management. Things would’ve changed . But they really haven’t . Parking here is ridiculous . There are never any parking spots or people are parking in double parking spots because they don’t want people next to their car . They keep saying their fixing the hallways here for the last year now and nothing has been done . There is trash literally all over the property. It’s like no one seems to throw their trash in the big dumpster provided . Trash sits in front of the dumpster for a whole week or two before someone cleans it up . The cleaning people who clean the hallways throw the dirt and everything in the grass when their down sweeping . The “new” porch railings they put in . Are dirt cheap . When you lean on them they fall off & all they did was put a block of wood and screwed them underneath so the bars wouldn’t fall off . You have to pay extra for upgraded appliances. Which if they showcase in their showing apartment for new tenants to see . Everything in there is new . But the apartments are not updated like the showcase apartment . The maintenance guy is so weird and thinks he’s in charge of everything . I don’t see myself renewing my lease at all if there is no changes . When you make a maintenance request depending on who you are it could take days before he comes to fix anything . You got hallways smelling like dog poop. If there is cars parked when you can’t get out . It’s like it’s our responsibility to call the tow truck driver . Cause they won’t do anything about it . No one is hardly in the office . You have to call a number that’s not even directed to the broadway ridge apartments . It’s just nothing has changed here ? What’s new ? There is no park or dog park provided . It’s just where is the change ?"
