"When trying to check out, and get a receipt, I stood there for 20 minutes without ever seeing the desk clerk. Granted, it was 5 am, but paper receipts are still important to many of us. The room was decent, although it was difficult to maintain a steady temperature. The sprinkler system had a plastic bag over it, from painting, who knows how long ago"

"This hotel is not worth the cost. I’m honestly surprised that this is a Hilton affiliated hotel. Immediately upon check in, we noticed hair in both beds, the bathroom was dirty, the bedding didn’t fit the beds correctly, the mattresses were sunken in. It was rough. We requested a new room and the front desk staff was very helpful and quick with a solution. That was best part of the stay. The rest was a disaster. Our second room was run down but at least appeared cleaner, at first. The bedding still didn’t fit and was popping off the corners of the beds. The batting from the box spring was hanging out from underneath the bed. There were crusty clothes left behind the stool under the table. The AC unit was also old and outdated. It couldn’t cool our room down with the muggy, humid 73 degrees it was set to upon arrival. We went to the pool room which was equally bad. The furniture was stained, the walls had duct tape and missing tile pieces. The whirlpool didn’t work and the hot tub was cold. At breakfast, there was an employee parked on her walker in front of the cooler, texting on her phone. No one could access that space because of her. The oatmeal was cold and would have never passed food safety codes. The dining space was way too small for the amount of people present. We had to eat in our room which meant getting creative on seating. I’m glad our stay was only one night, we will likely book at Drury next time."

"Staying in the area for work. This hotel location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is impeccably clean and well kept. I travel often for business and am quite picky about my hotels - this is one of the best kept hotels. They do daily housekeeping-which is unheard of these days and feels like a gift everyday. Lastly, the service is spot on and super positive."

"We were in the area for the birth of a grandchild. The location 5 minutes from the hospital was perfect. The motel looked very nice. Lobby was quite nice with cookies and iced tea offered. The clerk at the desk was helpful and accommodating letting us check in a bit early to go see our new baby. Our room was at the end if a very long hall and was very nice. The mid century modern decor was attractive. Loved the large hi definition tv which carried the Royals game! The large full length mirror as the door to the close was clever. The bathroom was wonderful. Backlit mirror, large amount of counter space, snowy white towels, and immaculately clean. We loved the dispensers of soaps, lotions and hair products. Our room was very quiet hearing only occasional voices and doors shutting. Breakfast was served 6 to 10. Love the expanded hours. The food was delicious with scrambled eggs, kielbasa sausage and potatoes with onions as the hot dish offerings. We didn't use the pool or gym but the pool looked very nice. So why a low rating? The main reason to get a motel room is to have a place to sleep. Our king mattress made sleeping almost impossible. The mattress was firm but with no support. Very compressed and sagging in the middle. We slept almost none. The air conditioner fan ran continuously and was very distracting. At the price we paid and to keep with the quality of the room a comfortable sleepable mattress should have been a given."

"Great price for a luxury feel!!! I really liked this hotel! Pet friendly and the rooms and service were fantastic. The Indian gentleman was absolutely the best front desk guy I have ever interacted with. Light humor on a long road trip does wonders... others should take notes.... he was great! I didn't get his name before he left but he deserves to be commended. Best stay anywhere in years..."
