"Great management, maintenance, area. Quiet apartment complex. Easy to contact management for maintenance needs. The complex is clean and well-kept, including the pool. A few old-building issues, but just the normal stuff. Such a relief after my last place."
"We've lived here since Apr 2016. Which is the longest we've lived anywhere for quite a while. Past apartments we have lived in (looking at you Charles), have been plagued with bad landlords and buildings falling apart, especially plumbing! None of that here at Summit East Plaza. Partly because we refuse too live on bottom floors anymore. The landlady is so nice too! One of the best we've experienced since we started apartment living in early 2000's. Quite responsive too requests/emails in our experience. On top of this, these are some of the most affordable apartments in Lee's Summit currently that I am aware of so you can't gripe too much. I like them. My only sole complaint I might have which is very insignificant is I really wish they would add a small, beautiful tree back to front area of our apartment! It was killed by Japanese Beetles years ago and taken out. Just stubborn weeds growing in there now sadly!"
"I've been here for 3 years. When I applied for my apartment, the property manager was extremely helpful. Of this 2 times that I had a situation it was immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments."
"Had water leaks and damage and black mold they never fixed. We had no animal whatsoever in the apartment but trying to charge us for replacing carpets because of pets stains? It was water damage cause lazylords couldnt fix a leak in the ceiling. Trying too charge us 2500 for replacing carpet in a one bedroom. Nasty people rent these apartments out. I will be uploading the photos from my google drive soon. It will be proof of the health risk. Black mold all over and leaks and water damage. Please beware"
"Lived here for 2+ years and never had any issue. The staff is friendly and the landlady is very nice and reasonable to deal with. They're clean apartments and we never had a pest problem. The maintenance guys are easy to reach if there is ever a fix needed. They really made it an easy two years."
