"I toured an apartment here. I will say they are beautiful! There is a 50$ application fee which is understandable but the “administrative fee” of 275$ couldn’t be well explained. This gives a very bad impression. I seriously doubt staff are being paid extra to “process and do paperwork” so what exactly is the administrative fee for? Sounds like extra money going into a big corporations pocket just because….no thank you! This definitely completed my decision about which apartment complex was for me."
"I toured the property with Julian Cage and it was a pleasure to work with him even though I chose another complex to live in. I would recommend living here because Julian is great to work with! His appearance and professionalism was on point. He made me laugh and I felt hype around him cause of his positive energy. "I moved here a couple of years ago while navigating a very tumultuous divorce. To say that Echelon provided a safe, peaceful home for me would be an understatement. Finding this community as a home during that particular point in my life was such a blessing, and I am so grateful for how quickly the Echelon management was able to prepare my lease and allow me to move in with ease. It has been such a comfort to live in such a beautiful, quiet community. The management team has been working hard as of late to make improvements and develop the quality of our community, and it hasn't gone unnoticed or unappreciated. I am so thankful for everything that Echelon has done for me. They were an absolute lifeline to me when I needed it most, and continue to validate for me that I made the best decision in making this community my home."
"I really enjoy the amenities available to the residences. I especially love the pool and gym. The apartment is very nice, with up-to-date appliances and large bedrooms. The attached garage is large, with plenty of storage space, worth the extra monthly fee. And the staff, well the words friendly and accommodating come to mind. Rakeya is AWESOME."
