"My best friend chose this place after visiting similar cottages in Iowa owned by the same company… she loves it there,& the new manager is wonderful … The cottages are on process of remodeling kitchens and putting in new flooring as residents move out… the apartments are very spacious, even the one bedroom,& you can rent garages as they are available … it’s nice, quiet, and has every amenity within a mile; washer dryer hookups are in each apartment, but there are washer dryers in the office Community Room… they do a lot as a community, but you can do as much or little as you like… They feel more like a townhome inside…"
