"Want mold in your home? Live here. Want to be talked to crazy for wanting your apartment fixed correctly live here. want roaches & nothing done about it??? LIVE HERE!! Want to pay out a** with no amenities, live here!! They surprise you with every new thing to get more money. apartments aren’t even ready to move in, they only fix them as people call to move in. just cause y’all covered the issues doesn’t make these livable. From MOLD to the horrible leasing agent, haven’t even been here a year & residents don’t like new management. Ya just here for a check don’t care for nobody. Please don’t move here. Save yourself, your KIDS!! not worth it."
"WARNING FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wish people would speak up more about the infestations they are having to deal with in there units instead of just settling. I moved here a year ago and from day one I have complained about bugs. It’s disgusting. It’s nasty and the fact that you still want rent knowing the conditions that some of your tenants are living in is beyond me. And then we have to suffer because of the lack of pest control which is included in the lease and supposed to done on a regular basis doesn’t happen. It’s like a battle of the bugs. You can’t have things in cabinets because it’s just pure contamination At this point. No care in the world but you all want rent on time. Now there is a new management and what’s crazy to me is they are going so focused on the cosmetics to catch the eye and bring in new tenants for money but what about this buildings that have a huge bug problem. Yaw are seriously going to move people in these building knowing they have bugs and not just a few here and there you guys have building that are infested in the walls, the outlets everywhere. I have had to throw away my coffee pot my toaster and I have emptied literally all of my cabinets out. I can’t even make a home because of this. I have taken everything down off my walls. They have gone into my deep freezer and now they are in the living area. The cabinets are rotted nothing is sealed off properly there’s mold and leaks in multiple units. And we all know water attracts bugs. You all should be ashamed of yourself. Next step which I should have done a long time ago is get the news and health department involved. So they can see what tenants are having to pay for and live with. It just amazes me how much money matters. I can’t wait to move away from here I’m so fed up with this. Nobody deserves to work hard and then pay for a place to live where the management doesn’t give a damn."
"The new management is sending all of our packages to the post office no matter who the packages are being delivered through or they just refuse to keep them in the office for us to pick up if they don’t fit in the mailbox the previous management never did anything like this the other night my package was left outside the office cause the office refused to take it inside. They are also no longer excepting section 8 but aren’t telling the residents who already live here that when it comes time to renew our lease if we cannot afford the apartment without having section 8, we will be forced to move out and will not be allowed to sign a new lease."
"This apartment complex is TRASH. Do not move here!! They will come in your apartment without giving you any notice. I've complained about my fridge leaking rust water all over my food for over a year now, still nothing. Roaches when I first moved in. When I call to report my issues, Robert talks over me the entire time. He is very rude. The carpet looks like it was patched instead of replaced in my hallway. Not to mention, the carpet was disgusting. When I first moved in, they told me they had someone come to clean the unit, that was a lie. I had to deep clean the entire place before I even felt comfortable moving my stuff in. I came home one day to my front door wide open and them inside changing the toilets. My cats were no where to be found. Not to mention, my door was wide open, running up my heat bill. The cabinets have packing tape on them holding it together. They have increased my rent every time I've signed a new lease with no upkeep or remodeling on these units. Lakewood Terrace Apartment are TRASH!!!!"
