"My daughter, son-in-law, & infant son moved into this apartment complex in May & have had the worse maintenance experience right from the beginning. Things have been promised from their first move-in that still are not fixed. On top of that, two months ago a golf ball broke the window in their 11 month old babies bedroom, where he sleeps, which to me is VERY IMPORTANT to be fixed ASAP. They have been told by the manager that they are waiting on an insurance claim to fix it. The temporary fix is a thin board covering the broken area. It is frustrating wondering if it will be fixed before winter comes. The excellence that this apartment complex promises is far from that. They were not told that the apartment below them had a bathtub restoration done in it yesterday & when my daughter & infant son got home last night around 9, the chemicals from this restoration was so strong that it was burning her throat & she was concerned about her baby breathing in the fumes. So, she had to pack up her already sleeping baby & things to stay overnight with us. Luckily, we live 10 min. away. She should have been informed about these very strong chemicals that went through the floor of the lower apartment & saturated into their apartment. The only way she knew was by calling the 24 hour maintenance number. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!"
