"I lived here for almost two years & loved it. The apartments were very well maintained, updated, and comfortable. The office staff was amazing and always there to help. The Maintenance Team was one of the best I have ever had in an apartment complex. Great amenities like a dog park, car wash station, beautiful gym, pool/hot tub. Very safe area and close to everything. I highly recommend living at Prairie Trace!"

"I'd been searching for a home to purchase, but circumstances led me to rent at The Ranch at Prairie Trace and I feel that I've found my pre-forever home. (Moving is such a pain, so I'm staying for at least 3 years!) The amenities and the property itself is great, but the staff has sold me. Adrian, Corey and Deborah are in the office and Glen, Alan and Troy are the maintenance team and they are all amazing! They are all genuinely friendly, helpful and prompt in addressing any concerns. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment community that is warm, welcoming and modern."
"We have lived here for about four months and have had a great experience so far. Mariah and Lizzy are so welcoming, helpful, and friendly!! They made the move in process a breeze. Our dog loves the dog park and could run around all day if we let him. Maintenance is super on top of things and requests are usually fixed by the end of the day. We love it here and would definitely recommend."
"I moved to The Ranch at Prairie Trace about a month ago and I have had a great experience thus far! Move in was super easy when it came to setting things up and getting documents squared away. Mariah was such a big help leading up to move in and on the actual move in day. She was so lovely, helpful and was so sweet to my mom and I. She was very attentive to any questions I had and continues to be very helpful and kind, always. Lizzy also is very helpful and so upbeat and I know when I step into the office, I will be greeted with a warm welcome! These two ladies make The Ranch feel like home."
