"My boyfriend and I have lived here for 6 months and LOVED it. Maintenance is quick, grounds are beautiful, and so are the units!! We moved from Columbia, MO and if I could do it again, I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else!"

"Would give 0 stars if that was an option. -AC/Heat went out 6+ times, took forever to fix on every occasion. -Complex is extremely dirty, breezeways are disgusting, trash compactor is always broken, leaving trash piled up everywhere. -Front office staff talks to you like you are an idiot, extremely disrespectful. Does not care to provide good customer service just wants your money. -Upon move out we were charged with damages that were pre existing, would not listen to us or work with us at all, just racked up as much as they could and charged it off to the financial company that deals with the final payment. -STEER CLEAR, customer service is awful, and only want your $."

"*post has been updated on bottom* I've been apartment hunting for quite a bit. Boulders has been a great property to view. In my opinion it's a great location and has really nice amenities, like a saltwater infinity. I toured the apartments with Krista, she's pretty cool (compared to other leasing agents I've toured with). She's very knowledgeable about all the questions I had asked and was great to tour withx The apartment was beautiful, and felt huge (in comparison to the sqrt ft of the floor plan). Also the price was pretty good (in my opinion) when looking at 1 sqrt ft: $1 ratio + the upgrades of granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, W/D and hardwood floors in living areas. They have been very transparent with me and I am looking forward to moving in soon. **Will update with this post with any pros/cons. ** ***UPDATE*** I have lived here for a few months now. When I first moved in, the apartment was slightly dirty, BUT after letting the leasing office know they had it professionally cleaned and it was amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the highway so easy access! The leasing office does great events, I do wish they had more events though. I just had my first maintenance request. They fixed everything and were quick (within a day). The other reviews I’ve seen say awful things about the trash system. I think they are right but are dramatic about it. Yeah the dumpster fills up sometimes but the property cleans it up within a day or two. Overall I enjoy living here and the leasing office is great! Krista is the best!"
