Leavenworth Rentals

"I've been really happy renting so far. The house is older and has had some minor issues that I communicated to them for awareness, but was able to figure out on my own. Had 1 major issue with spiders upon move in, that was not their fault. It was due to the house being vacant for a month or 2 in the summer and me not being able to move in for another few weeks after signing due to waiting on my house contents from out of state. They had a FANTASTIC local pest control service come out only 1 time, fully analyze the situation, explain to me what they were doing, and fix it in a matter of maybe 1 or 2 hours and has been completely solved for 6 months, and still is. I just pay the rent and they have not bothered me a single time, and the Gigantic multi acre property the house is on is SO NICE, like paradise nice. I'm kind of hoping to buy it. Has been a positive experience, and the ladies have always been friendly to me in person and on the phone and text. As a homeowner of the last 15+ years before moving here, I was a bit worried about renting, but have been really happy with my rental experience."

"Really bad about communicating and keeping the properties properly maintained. They hire the cheapest people to fix issues and won’t even come out to check on their work. The deck was falling apart and instead of buying new lumber they had the contractor (who was a house painter) just flip the boards over and reuse them. Deck was definitely not up to code and I had to spend some of my own money to make the deck safe to walk on"
